Location - good BUT CHECK IN TIME WAS V.LATE. 😒 Ideally IT SHOULD BE 12.00 AND CHECK OUT - 11.00 FOOD - OKAY AMENITIES - V.GOOD HOUSE KEEPING STAFF- V GOOD AND COURTEOUS ESEPECIALLY - MS. VANITA AND MS. ISHA

Location 5/5 Food 5/5 Staff 5/5 Everything was fine, but you won't get an Ola Uber cab there. There's no market nearby the resort, so you will be dependent on resort food only. For travel, you will have to rely on fixed auto and cab drivers, whose mobile number is mentioned at reception.

Resort overall upkeep and location is good good is good but room interiors and too old and basic also cottage space is smal

I stayed in this property for two nights with my family a group of 5 adults and 1 infant .For the first night i stayed in the deluxe and premium rooms(2 rooms booked). The bedsheets were stained even some ants on the bed . The second day i shifted to the cottages expecting it to be better . The room was good for thr cottages however my room door dis not close. Also very poor wifi connectivity in the property.The worst part was food . The menu is very big but anything inordered was not available . Looking at some videos we got to know the property has good seafood buy the reality was that there was no lobster no crab also no mutton and hardly any desert option . Room service also was very slow . Took 40 min for an order of coffee which after 40 min i was told its not yet ready and i had to cancel. For extra bedding they kept saying its bein sent but took an eternity . The property has a serious issue of short staffing affecting the guest service . Moreover in the name of game area was surprised to see only one caroom board with coins missing and the board also in a bad state . Nothing else was in the game room .Overall hated the experience and will not re ommend this to anyone . Please do not watch the online vids posted for this property its not showing the truth.

Location is good, food, amenities are excellent. Must try sea food (crab , pomplet etc. Cottage villa is good.

The resort was very nice, the staff here was very helpful, it was a very nice stay, it was clean. The food seemed a little expensive but everything else was fine.

Property is very beautiful. Staff is very polite . Food was good. Very affordable place with amazing surrounding .Overall experience was very pleasant and good place to chill, relax.

We reached around 2:30 pm , the welcome drink was kept at the reception in a bottle but no 1 to serve, we checkd in and went for lunch , quality of the food wasnt great , had yo wait almost for 45 mins after ordering also some dishes in the menu were not available , over priced food not worth the money spent , rooms were stinky ,ac was not working , water in the shower super slow ,bathroom was badly stinking , dinner foood was super salty ,ambience of the resort is good but not worth the stay .pls dont go on pictures , flies in the room . My stay wasnt pleasant at all .

property ,amenities,services are amazing, the only poor thing is a food prices on menu are too much expensive , rates should be revised, we bought a bottle of water which we get it for 20 rupees however inside the resort it costs me for 75 rupees inclusive of gst and service charge which is a shame , play area don’t have anything to play , over all a good experience but will not recommend anyone. It's a good getaway on a budget. It has pool to enjoy and the beach is at a walkable distance from the property.

The location was in a very serene and quiet location. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, we had complimentary breakfast from the resort. Property is well maintained, i would recommend staying here for a chill weekend.

Stay at silver oak resort was amazing, pool should be open till night and rooms needs more cleaning

The place was not up the mark as shown in the pictures and the rooms were not good as shown and were very dirty and the staff was not friendly at all. One hell of a experience. Will be suggesting people not to visit here again

The property is beautiful and very secure. The amnesties up to mark and services are prompt. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant and the ambience of the place. I would recommend fellow travellers to consider it while planning a trip to near by areas.

We had a recent stay at this resort. The location is very nice. The property is well done and nicely maintained. We had booked a cottage room. The room was personalised as per our request. The minute details were also taken into consideration. The check in process by smooth and easy within few minutes. The front desk team mayur and manali were prompt in thier replies and services. It was a seamless experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The restaurant team lead by the chef amarinder singh were top notch. The restaurant staff amit, dinesh and ashwin took care of us during our breakfast and dinner. Mayank was helpful to arrange us the cake as per our request. In all we had an amazing experience and highly recommend the place for overnight stay and peaceful evening. Thank you team. Look forward to visit sometime soon

Excellent hotel and service provided by them. The room which i had stayed was very comfortable. Food served was also too good.

The hotel was as per their description, neat and clean but some of the amenities that were listed were not provided to us eg. Balcony so that was a little disappointing

The staff was very professional, quick and nice and room were very clean and tidy and food is very delicious and view and ambience amazing

Very good resort with lot of different accommodation options. Restaurant is very good with different cuisines however a bit on the pricier side. Service is good but has a scope of improvement.
