Breakfast buffet was not laid as per earlier practice and hotel was under renovation. This was not revealed before booking.

Very bad experience, the make my trip helped in getting a replacement room, but again failed to provide the complete resolution

Worst experience, dirty room, shower not working door lock not working. Inadequate staff no parking available to park our car

Good room, service was good. Located a convient location. Good choice for business people. However i wish to seek attention of hotel management that rooms should have improved lighting, and also parking should be offered by the hotel.

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was subpar, the staff seemed indifferent, and the amenities were outdated. Overall, not worth the price please dont stay in this hotel i have never seen in my carrier wrost hotel ever

Rooms price was not worth it. Cleanliness was not there. Washrooms were not clean. Brown stains were there on quilts.

The stay was nice. However according to the tariffs the room coud have been far better

Moreover, the presence of disturbances created an unpleasant environment. Basic amenities, such as a consistent supply of warm water during winter, were missing, further contributing to the dissatisfaction with the stay.

Nothing as compared to what in the pictures. Rough towels, no gyser, no food facility. Too high on the fare

The very worst hotel and rooms are very smell. The door sensor was not working and wifi was not working. There is no hot water. Totally waste

We were on 2nd floor. They have maintenance work n 9 to 6 pm you can't stay in the room. This we should be informed before.

It was very excellent staff was good rooms were so clean. Food was very tasty. I will recommend this hotels to others

On our first day complete we asked the reception team on the problem they said if we are not satisfied they refund the money for the 2 day and told us vacate the room. On the 2 nd day asked for extra tawel room service team insist to give the towel. Over all not worth for the money.

Door sensor not working at all. Ac switch not working, tv half screen not visible remote of tv is also not working.

Everything is not working. Key cards not working, you need to call someone to open and close your rooms. I ordered for a queen bed, i was given twin bed which is too small. No place for breakfast but given only in room and that too just eggs and bread, no fruits. Clearly apart from location, nothing works in this hotel! please avoid.

Shower was not having hot water, and a lot of disturbance outside of room every time, room allotted was not having lock every time needed one person to come and open the door from staff. No food available limited options of breakfast. But the location is good as you have a no of food outlets outside the hotel where you need to go and buy food.

About the stay, it was awesome experience staying in silver ferns. Accommodation was quite good. Instant check in and check out. Cool view of backside of hotel. It was worth it. No thanks.
