When we entered the room, it was very dirty. Not sure when it last cleaned. All taps in the bathroom were broken, commode was so dirty and had dark black stains all over. When asked for hot water, person making arrangements asked for money for breakfast to arrange the same. Lifts were not working. When asked to send someone to clean the room, we were told the cleaner are on strike. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Total waste of money. Pathetic experience.

Stairs are slippery. Other than it, all is well furnished. No issues with checkout occurred. Condition of room was sufficiently good enough. Some problem if occurres then that is the way to get in the ashram hotel because the path has Many turns to go up to office of manager. Convense for reaching to hotel is too quite easy and easy to search in holy gate. Very easy way from Mathura railway station to hotel. Take auto up to holy gate and get in the hotel.

Located at a prime location -very near to all the important temples such as Banke Biharil, Yaumana ji bank etc. It is a typical Dharamshala where amenities are less, cleanliness is below average, no WiFi - only a place to stay which is OK type. It is good for single people who just need a place to stay at night. Definitely not for family.
