Very homely atmosphere, personal attention was given to make stay comfortable

The hotel rooms are under construction and are really in bad condition. They are selling their lowest price rooms at the highest price. Honestly, compared to similar rooms in the locality, it should not have been priced more than 2000- rupees.

The owners are very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and the hotel is near the beach. Recommended for families.

Once we checked in the toilet was not clean. We had to change the room thrice. After that the allocated room was terrible. Toilet door was broken. Tv was not working. Room was not cleaned well. Overall pathetic experience

Food is not upto the mark, pool is not well maintained, services are not upto the mark.

Food quality was excellent and hygiene

We stayed in this place 11-12th march, 2022. Location - good, near to the beach, the place had 2/3 cottage styled rooms, looked beautiful from outside, don't know about the interior. We walked around the place and it seems good but not maintained properly. Rooms- not that clean, and not justify the price we paid. Ac had some problems. Only 2 power sockets were in working condition. Food - all food items were overpriced. I and my husband, I both had a fish thali for lunch, we didn't check the price before ordering and then we end up paying (500x2) =1000 rs- for two thalis. And the gulab jamun, oh my god! literally, grape-sized, not fresh at all. It will sound weird but they didn't have 'bread- butter' for breakfast. Payment options - cash only.

Rooms are little costly rate should not more than 3000

Taps in the washroom were not working properly. Cleaning is not done properly. Overall service is not as expected.

Food service bad and food quality bad

Location is good. Service is poor. It is a great property but very poorly maintained. Lot of smell in the toilet. No proper cleaning. AC was not working properly. Bathroom was cleaned after four calls and 4 hours and workmanship was poor. Staff and owner/caretaker do not show any hospitality at all. Even my bill was not prepared within time. I will not recommend this at all. Too much costly considering the quality of service and rooms. Even toilatories, towels and napkins were not provided in the room. I am visiting Shriwardhan for last 10 years and have tried many stay options there but this was the worst experience.

The hotel charges are premium but it's not Worth the money. You can get much better hotels then this at almost the same price.

Room service of food was not available. Tv in my room was not working. Bathrooms were not clean.

After paying, you expect better service and arrangements. There was no breakfast buffet only 2 item in breakfast. Kitchen was get close at 11:00. If you need to coffee or tea no option. One day at lunch time kitchen was closed owner didn't inform us. Then we need to bring food from outside. Many times light gone at night. The DG take time to operate. This property is OK. Paying this amount is waste of money. Swimming pool is of no use. Food quality is OK.

Pathetic room condition. Food was okay.

Nothing worth in this hotel. We booked the standard room, when we checked in that time all the rooms in the hotel were vacant, still no upgrade was provided any ways. Out the available rooms, the dirtiest room was allocated to us. After we made some noise, then other room was give that was little okay. The cleanliness in the hotel was of low standard, the western commode was not clean. The break fast was most boring, not many options. The po ha, upma, and wada that's it. The milk served to children was charged separate. The hotel should understand that in free break fast means what should be the standard of it, if they are charging so much for each room. Hotel staff was okay, if anything is needed then have to be asked. Like fresh towels room cleaning provided only if you request especially. I think there is lot of learning required from the other professional hotels to come to a better level. Or they should reduce the charges, so as to match with low standard hotels.
Not worth to stay at the price. Break fast was average and charged additionally for milk. Cleanliness was not up to mark. Hotel staff was average in coordinating. Hotel has lot to learn for better standard.

I would suggest to go with family and stay.
