Location and stay was nice. room was quite big to accommodate more people but cause of rain walls are damping and fumigation was there. but owner was quite helpful.no food facility available and owner need to look after cleanliness also.

Hi, the stay at samarth holiday home was too good. There is spacious room with full air conditioning..we were too comfortable that we feel like it's known place for us. Really like the service and the owner Dr. Abhijit is also cooperative with good nature. Like the service and enjoyed a stay very much. Thank you so much !!!

Property located just 1 km away from srivardhan beach. Market and restaurants available nearby. It's 1 bhk you get for your stay with 1 queen size bed, 1 single bed and 1 additional mattress. Ac is available in the bedroom. House was clean. There was some dampness mark on the inside walls.

me n my family went for shreewardhan on 6 and 7 nov 2024 for 2 nights 3 days vacation. we booked this home stay. owner was very cooperative. property location is fantastic. where as property is average is my opinion. sink in bedroom. thats Pathatic thing is ever seen. property color was dull not fresh. covered parking provided. Complimentory water bottle and tea provided in morning overall this was average stay at this budget

A decent stay at a very affordable price. The host is also very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

Good enough homestay. The space available is essentially 1 bhk. It is quite big for 4-5 people but needs some maintenance. Food is not available so you have to travel some distance to good restaurants.

The stay was good. Facility was clean and manageable. Clean pillows, clean bedsheets, clean washrooms. Ac was also in good condition. The host was very kind and offered breakfast which was great in taste and price too.

Clean stay with warm welcome by kulkarni kaku. You get spacious 1 bhk to live with ac, cooler, bed, chairs and most of the useful amenities. Peshwe smarak is just 1 minute away and shriwardhan beach is 1. 5 km away from beach. Awesome place to stay.

Stay was good but services are not like a/c has issue like working but no temperature control. Mosquito issue due to that after evening no door / window can be open. No cleanness lots of cigarette butts and some liquor bottles in the room. Caretaker is good.

Good place for family owner & care taker is polite & supportive. Car parking is also safe. This is not only room it is complete one bhk flat which they gives us for use.

property owner was ground to earth and helpful in all the aspects. room was clean, clean set of towels were made available. shampoo and bath soap was top notch which i loved the most. ac had no remote but was working though. overall best service at much reasonable price.
