property was not maintained properly .quality of bathroom accessories were pathetic under maintenance room was allocated ...then basis on complain ..room was changed poorly managed property Pl do not surest this hotel for your customer we selected premium room in Shanti resort .But room quality was worst .Pl Pl Pl do not keep on make my trip list

worst experience. the room lock handle is broken, water pressure is too low in the bathroom, no hot water, luke warm water after the issue has been fixed after a long time, no food service, dirty pillows and super nasty experience. need my money to be completely refunded pls

No hot water in the tap and gyser was also not available , we need to use an old water heater for hot water. also as described in the stay slipper was not provided Also the property is currently undergoing some changes so no games were available. -Water pressure in the shower was very weak. -Restaurant was closed/under construction. -Wifi was poor in the cottages -No parking area for cars -Lighting is poor from reception to cottages

Visiting this place is just wasting your money and time.. Completely frustrating and bad experience I had staying here.. TV is not working, No entertainment to do at this place, No swimming pool, Everywhere in the room you will see cockroaches and small bugs roaming around..

The room was good. But, no fan , only AC. Plus room service was very slow. We entered the hotel at 4 pm ,2 hours after regular check in time. Still the room was not ready. We needed to wait at the reception area where there was no fan or ac. Only one cooler that too with the reception counter . Too many lizards outside the room. So, we were too afraid to open the main door of the room. Plus Mosquitos, kindly do take Mosquito repellent spray. Smell of wet air in the room.

The place was very beautiful. The atmosphere there was also very clean.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable along with good space ! The outer area of the resort gives pleasure to the eyes . Must visit place

Stay was ok as the property was not maintained well. But staff was courteous. Place is quite close to Tithal Beach and is a very good location and even close to the Swaminarayan Temple

There was no indoor activities as should in the photos. Staff are cooperative.Rooms were not good , mostly the needful essentials were very bad.

Location: right opposite Tithal Beach. This is a very calm and peaceful place. I'd suggest one to stay in the premium room as they're right in front of the lake. It's the most peaceful in the early evenings. There is a Hideout cafe here which provides food. The food is quite tasty here and everything is freshly cooked. Service provided by the staff is professional. I had problems with my shower as there was not enough force from the geyser. But overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Location is good, Amenities very less can't use, service-not upto the mark, TV Remote not available, bathroom door has no lock, bathroom has no mat, electrical bulbs for light - not all bulbs are working & some blinking

They used let someone else stay and didn't provide refund for my booking. I would say not very helpful.

Property is njce but there is no maintenance. It has veen left to its own accords, staff is ok but there is no management. There was no water, basic of the needs. what else to say.
