The provided room was very awful, it was smelling, there was lizard in the washroom. Blanket and bed sheet was not clean. The cleanliness of the property was horrible, we can't even go to the washroom. The picture does not match with reality. We left the room one day early, our trip was totally messed up. We need to ask for the room freshener and paid for the same. We had a horrible experience.

coupleCaretaker at reception is the only thing good about this hotel, that guy is very polite and humble. Rest there is all dust and poor bedding, smell in room, washroom flush not working, there is enough dust, so you can touch by your finger and feel it.

This hotel will be perfect for someone who just want a night halt with all basic facility and minimum budget. As I wanted to go spiry wanted night halt at Manali.

It's a low budget hotel. They changed my hotel on our arrival. But later on request, from the 2nd day they provide room on this hotel which is quite good. Service is awesome. Staff are very helpful. I will recommend this hotel for budgetary travellers.
