Saraca Hotel Lucknow

My experience was great especially housekeeping by Ajay Kumar - and rest of the ground staff were also super helpful and warm. The Saraca Hotel Lucknow stay was very comfortable and felt homely at the same time, and the services were top notch too. The vegan chocolate mousse, the desi tea and the biscuits served with tea coffee are worth a special mention too. I have frequented this Saraca Hotel Lucknow many times in the past 3-4 years and I was happy to see the same charm and standard being maintained even today.

We had booked Residency Room but our stay was upgraded to family suite, which was really spacious and we were pleasantly surprised by the front desk staff when they provided complimentary chocolates for my sons 😊.Food in the Azrak restaurant was amazing (service a bit slow but made up by the taste and quality). Breakfast next morning was great. So, all in all a great stay 😁👍. Hotel location is great too, close to center of the city.

I got to know about this Saraca Hotel Lucknow from my friend, location of the Saraca Hotel Lucknow is good and near to many important lucknow public spot. Hotel look is aesthetic, painted with color of Indian way of serving guests with traditional uniform. Food served was good and rate is bit on higher side.

this was my 7 stay over here with family it was a pleasant stay with special thanks to mr ajay mishra ji and mr ajay verma ji for services given by them .all staff from reception to guards was polite and helpful feels like home stay over here children enjoy total value for money...

I had a great stay at Lebua , The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The food was extraordinary and overall, it offered good value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again

Ambience and food was definitely good with a beautiful decor. Although, there were damp on the wall in our provided room and the bathroom tiles were covered with moss. Could be better as they charged around 8500 Rs for 1 Day stay.
