very uncourtiou staff. pathetic condition

We had booked three tents and paid in advance for all three. On reaching there we got only two tents and they provided extra beds but not the third tent we booked. this happened at 9 pm at night so we had no option. Least we expect a refund but we got none. instead the third tent was given to someone else

My rating is average ( 3) due to mixed experience as below. On my check in date 7th feb i received a call from the property owner ( mr. Yash) that they have a problem at their property and hence would not be able to provide me the room against my booking. It was a shock and surprise to me as before this i had no communication from their end . After lot of pursuance and sending some local people in police and administration ( known to me ) they finally provided me the room. Such a treatment was not at all expected from the property at the 11th hour. But i can say that the room was good and stay was comfortable. Food quality and variety can be further improved. the staff especially mr. radhe tiwari at the reception is extremely friendly. the rooms are comfortable and clean. the wash room is also clean though the shower faucet required a little bit of maintenance to prevent leakage. the food quality and spread is very good. overall a good and comfortable stay despite the heavy rush of pilgrims.

As per the facility was sangam serenity but when we reached we were taken to a different facility which was adhvanta- a quiet far away location from where it was difficult to find transport so the facility exploited us by charging exorbitant costs for transport. So many facilities were not available which were mentioned in the like electronic safe, telephone, sofa, fruit basket, towels etc. So it was a cheating on part of sangam serenity. I have been fooled by sangam serenity and i booked this experience led to my dissatisfaction

It's very good stay and property Next to Ganga. Food and access to Snan Area was good but Medical Shop is far away from property which is a big challenge. We needed a medicine but couldn't get it as neither the Staff nor the Locals could help us out

Excellent stay clean and cozy room with heater. Healthy breakfast lunch and dinner with good quality. Best place to stay at arail

The hotel was very understaffed and the available staff very unresponsive and almost looked like were only interested in making a quick buck. Best not to go with them until they prove that they can fix up their management and staff.
