We were to check in at 12 noon as per the time mentioned on make my trip. We were late by an hour and the room was not ready yet. The room was not ready until 2:25 pm and finally we were allowed to get in. The place was not clean. Washrooms smelt bad and water all over the place. Mop and brooms were left in the stairs. We could have easily tripped on that. Some random people(supposedly workers nearby) walked right in and used our washroom. High breach of our privacy. We asked for a bonfire and we were told rs. 750 is the charge, one would think after all that trouble they would be nice enough to offer some sort of levy also not to mention extra charges for bonfire were not mentioned anywhere. I will never recommend make my trip to any of my friends or book again. Such a bad experience for my first trip booked. I had more faith in your services. I would like to speak to someone and lodge a complaint and i demand something to be done about this or us compensated in some way

Beautiful place! perfect for group of friends and families!

Compared to all the other properties in abu, this one is the most spectacular one. It's so beautiful, you will not feel like stepping out. The weather here was cooler than nakki lake as it was located higher above.
