My experience in this location is of another level. Best supporting staff, excellent service and most appreciated part of this location is the managers who are managing this hotel, simply out of the box and stupendous. Anyone who is coming to gangtok must live at this place each and every places is very much near from this hotel.

Makemytrip values my feelings. Please let me know how to get the refund done from hotel hill castle gangtok for my stay on 3rd to 5th april as i have not liked the hotel as there were no electricity from last evening and the owner refunded my payment through makemytrip. But i have not yet received the same.

It is very bad experience. I have booked a room with 3 adults. When we reached hotel manager said 2 adults can sleep on bed and another person sleep on floor with mattress. It was very bad for us. There was no extra bed. But MMT not said that one person need to adjust during sleep in floor. Food quality and quantity is very bad and also charge is high.

It is absolutely unfortunate to find someone writing a review by suppressing the facts. It is clearly mentioned in MakeMyTrip and on all other online portals that rooms are double occupancy basis. For extra adult or child, extra mattress is provided. When the guest arrived at the hotel and asked for bedroom with 3 beds, we upgraded them to our Family Suite Room which is much higher priced room with 2 bedrooms (2 king Size Beds). As the room was vacant that day so we upgraded them. Also, we upgraded their other booked room which was a Deluxe Room, to a Super Deluxe Mountain View Room. We do it regularly if higher category rooms are vacant. But guest did not mention this entire thing. At dinner, they ordered for Chicken Biryani. We serve Biryani on standard portion handi which is used all across the world in any good hotel for 1 portion rice or biryani. If someone's appetite does not get satisfied with global standard portion then we have hardly anything to do in that case. The fact is that the guest himself was too rude, misbehaved and loud person who was misbehaving with every single staff including the owner of the hotel. There was a time when the owner was about to ask the guest to check out from the hotel for misbehaving and creating noise in the hotel. Then his friends apologized to the hotel owner for the indecent. Our hotel reviews are visible across the internet among various sites. Our reviews speak about the truth of our hotel. And that's why we are one of the highest searched and highest-selling hotel of Gangtok. But it is true that no matter what we do, we can not stop a guest to write fake review, but we can only reply with the facts on that review.

The food wasn't available at the restaurant of the hotel but they managed momos from near by hotel. The momo was probably one of the best I had. The staff were cordial, totally worth it. Beautiful stay.

Hotel staff was good but food rates were very high and they do not provide on time, if you want to order something you have to call them 3-4 times then they will get you your order. And the hotel was outside of the town. If want to go to market you have to pay high amount of money to taxi drivers. And hotel has not so good amenities. If you want to book this hotel, I suggest you go for another hotel in this price.

Distance from City centre will cost you unnecessarily whenever you would like to go to The taxi stand or market area. Tv didn't work at all. Food was more than sufficient under complementary system. Most shocking was our sanitary napkins got missing from our room.
