Voyage The Royal Retreat

Property is located behind old secretariat at the end of the mountain. To go to MG marg from the hotel you need to cross a few roads and it takes around 20 mins hike(your fitness will be tested if you take the stairs). Room size is big. Food is great and staff are helpful. Service is good but you need to remind them on certain things.

it was great experience to stay in this hotel... it was very neat and clean... room was the same as shown in picture.. but in description mini bar was written but there wasn't..but over all its very good hotel.. staff were well behaved... foods were amazing

A Royal Stay Worth Remembering! I recently stayed at Hotel Voyage – The Royal Retreat and it was truly a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained with a touch of elegance. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The ambiance felt luxurious yet cozy — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options. I especially loved the peaceful surroundings and how well everything was managed. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A perfect blend of comfort, service, and style!

Bathrooms are very small , even room service was not upto mark , team seemed to be unhappy while serving the guest . An average stay very far from MG road .

Everything is good even they can arrange baby food as per your demand.management and view was also good.

Windows did not have mesh and due to it insects coming in the room. Either the windows should have mesh or rooms should have fans/AC which is not there currently.

The resort is beautifully located amidst the serene hills, offering breathtaking views right from the windoe. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated with all modern amenities. The staff was exceptionally courteous and always eager to help, making us feel truly welcomed. The food at their restaurant was delicious, Special mention to the morning buffet – absolutely delightful! The location of the hotel was at the top of the hill. The view in the morning was good. Breakfast and dinner was fantastic, The staff were good and the room was comfortable for a family

we had a good time, the checkin and check out process was good and the staff helped us with taxi details. Food was good . live music on weekends was + point

Stay was nice..rooms were very good. Food was really tasty..only thing that discourage us the location far from m g marg. We have to book cab to go to the market..it was not walking distance

We stayed in the Suite room. The room was terrible. There was a water pump above the suite their best room, which made unbearable noise and made it difficult to sleep or stay in the room. The heater was not working properly it was not giving sufficient heat to heat the room. The staff was completely unexperienced. Had only one TV remote for multiple rooms which the person was asking every now and then. There was only one socket for TV and kettle. The view which they mentioned was not visible. The breakfast ended at 10 am we went at 9:30 and nothing was available no staff to help and no food items . When we discussed about this to the manager he said that its there fault. We complained this to Diksha Khandelwal (chief operator officer ) she said that " Aap subhe bhi thus ke gae ho or raat ko bhi free mai kha liya". Diksha shouted with no respect even while being their customer and said.

Hotel was good, room was very spacious with a very nice view, food was also good and their service was also good

Electric connection in the hotel room was not good...it was disconnected many times..All over hospitality management was poor also.I booked valley view room but the view was water drum that was also irritating .. Also the location of the hotel is above many levels from M G market(walking distance 15mins)and it is placed at a dark location which after 8 pm becomes a quiet place , you will find no one along the road. I don't recommend the hotel at It's not a couple friendly location

A serene stay close to royal palace of sikkim. This property holds the heritage of staying Kings guests of honour for his grand marriage. The hotel to iconic MG marg is 10 minutes walk around making it a great cardio workout for the fitness freaks. The rooms are clean, the bed is luxurious and the view from the windows is breathtaking. Food is awesome. Enjoyed the hospitality and felt a home away from home.
