Execetional experience very clean room crisp clean sheets and towels my first impression was much better than many more expensive hotels… beautiful location…. Cannot say anything bad about this place … stafff too polite

Property is beautiful and location is perfect, food is tasty. The location is the best thing because it is on the main road. This hotel is located in the best place when you are driving from delhi to manali and you want to stay and rest.

Good food, rooms are good. Room floor can be cleaned well further, as of now they are sticky bathrooms can have hands free along with present arrangements.

A) non availability of any exhaust fan in the bathroom/washroom and even air-freshener box is empty. B) lot of termite in the bathroom/washroom. C) bugs in the bed. D) ac (heater) stopped after midnight (seems done by hotel’s staff as a practice. Not started even after too much of follow ups at their reception. They started it again after 6. 00 am in the morning when their electrician came on the duty. E) refilling of water flask (ro water) after too much of follow ups. Not understood the reason for not providing packaged water bottles as a standard protocol.

The resort is right on the road to mandi town. It has plenty of green areas, with the views of the river flowing on one side. The staff is courteous and helpful. The best part is their food, which is very tasty and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Wonderful place for a family stay. Clean amenities, friendly people, fantastic environment, very tasty food. Staff’s cooperation is extraordinary. Love to come back

The location of property was near to highway.

Located at bank of river. Outside the city of mandi. Just on main road if you are coming from bilaspur. Good location. Good food.

The property is well maintained and conveniently located. A decent lawn and river view is excellent. Food was good. Price is on the higher side given the facilities you get.

Lovely location, great view, good room and value for money, average food as it was very oily but good quantity of serving Room service is quick and fast. No room toiletries and all mineral water given is charged
