The Central Park

Room bathroom didn't have any hot water. after checking with housekeeping, they told to keep water running for half hour then hot water will come. after continuous follow up on hot water, housekeeping stopped receiving call totally. my family was forced take shower with cold water in 4 am morning as I had train at 5 am. complimentary drinks is promised during booking but it's nothing but it's not worth it as hotel provides one glass of cold-drink. only good thing was , as promised in room booking, they provided train station transfer. also don't get fooled for guaranteed early check in upto 3 hours promise, hotel asked to pay 1000 rs for early check in. I had to file complaint with MMT, after that only they allowed me to early check in only before 1 hour.

It's a great Trip. I Enjoy the ambience and the hotel staff are good and the rooms are clean. I prefer this hotel for my trip for the holidays.

Accomodation is good staff behaviour is also good but there is huge cost in fooding even if a water bottle is Rs 60 excluding GST ,this is not fare

instead of two dinner set they have given only one in the night and one person knocked our gate at 1.00 PM with bear bottles in his hand claiming our room as his. Unsafe for family stay very poor service

the service is very bad. While handing over the key, they didn't come to the room to unlock the door and show details, switches, etc. When giving food at room they served daal but didn't care to give bowls. How would a person have daal if bowl not provided. The food quantity and quality is poor. The bathroom door won't lock from inside. How would a person use bathroom if its not locked. Overall, would not recommend this hotel.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Their service is absolutely pathetic, and the staff has zero sense of courtesy. It’s shocking how a place like this even calls itself a hotel. Everything about it screams unprofessional and careless—definitely a complete waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Room was good but room service was too poor,they don't provide alcoholic bravage discount as per mention make my tripe bill,

This was first time in this hotel, I have not received my complimentary breakfast in my room. while checkout I asked the same they told me that guest need to go to restaurant in another floor for breakfast since it's a buffet. I had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with fresh and tasty options. The service staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Thank you❤️❤️

Food, Location, Facilities were good, but I feel some mismanagement. Even after my booking included Complementary Breakfast + Complementary Lunch/Dinner.. and I use to skip Lunch and take Dinner, But every night, after my Dinner, the Hotel staff raising bill for Dinner served, and I had to tell them every night that, my Dinner is Complementary. Even during checkout also, same confusion arised.. somehow it concluded after their internal discussion, which made me late by around 30 minutes. Except, overall experience is good.
