the horrible and dirty hotel room ever experienced

there was nobody at the reception for 20 min..when we arrived, he was struggling to allot the room and finally when he showed us a room it was filthy, stinking, bathroom was littered. took photos and made a complaint to MakeMyTrip and waited for approx 45 min..but in vain. we spoke to Niranjan and Rohit but nothing was resolved. we booked another hotel Grand Residency and moved with a very bad experience. awaiting refund from MMT against booking of this hotel.

1- terrible, very poor darty bed cover, bad bathroom condition, no hanger, no mirror, room wall made by plywood.
