Good ambiance, rooms are well kept. The food is average but the service is good. The place is well kept.

There was a akward smell in the hotel. The fan has noise. paid 5000 ruppees for this which is not worth. i palace which is few kilometers away is good but the cost was only 1000. i stayed 3 days in which i planned 3rd day for sunyata. the entire vacation mood was spoiled.

The room was clean, food was better than expected, staff was friendly. Would recommend if you are looking for a peaceful vacation.

Location is good, not too far from the city and quiet locality. However rooms are not soundproof so there are noises of people moving in and out. Restaurant staff is pathetic. They seem to be doing you a favor by serving you. Breakfast is limited and not worth the money.

Loved your stay at Sunyata Hotel. It is a little outside the main city, around 4km from the bus stop, but you will like the peace. Location is good, without much disturbance and near to city. Cafe and restaurant food were good but breakfast buffet was average. Room was very good, jacuzzi experience was also wonderful

Very small and cosy place. Beautiful terrace area with the room. Breakfast was not bad. Limited options. Room lacks sufficient plug points. The ones at the bedside are occupied by the lamps. No plug provision for electric kettle. Need a bit more lighting. The room has a pedestal fan. Cooler was provided. But can do with proper air provision as I doubt in summers these 2 devices would suffice. Good thing that it was monsoon and weather was cool. So we did not face any issues. Overall a good experience. Very neat and clean. Courteous staff.

The hotel was just amazing. The way they built it and the rooms felt so luxurious and the bathroom was on of the best feature. The only issue we faced is the location. It is not in a tourist area so we had to drive and hour to do the sights seeing

What I liked about the property is that it was very eco friendly and different than any other normal properties,, Food was the best part along with service; But the only concern was the location as its still bit far than usual staying in chikmanglur area.. doesn’t feel like homestay , but provides what it says

The property was good only in terms of eco friendly , apart from that the property has nothing to offer . The property is in out section . There is nothing available at room . Food is below average as not having much of options to serve . In room service nothing is available as the toiletries were not good . shouldn't go with much of options as it very Clam and silent

Amenities and service is really good. Specially the balcony of the rooms are mesmerizing. The food can be better though. Overall, a great experience.

Found this property on MMT was great experience to stay. The service is excellent. Staff is polite and ready to provide service. all and all 5 star service. Restaurant food is yummy. Highly Recommended.

They stay was average with basic facilities. Food taste and quality was average. The good part was the architecture of the building.

It was very nice stay. The best hotel i stayed recently. Hotel staffs were very helpful and food option was nice.
