Rain water was coming in side bed room, there was no hot water to bath, and the people in the next room were drunk and lying at the door of my room. Tv not working, and no wifi,

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. From 20 May 2025 to 03 June 2025, Courtallam experienced unusually heavy rain and strong winds to a point where public access to the falls was restricted, and there were widespread power and internet outages across the area. Despite our preventive measures, some rainwater did enter the room. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and will improve our preparedness in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

Stay is very neat and clean, room are good and near by falls, but only one disappointment hot water for bathing is not available. That's it.
