The hotel stay was disappointing. The bathroom was of poor quality, and the common areas, including the dining tables, were not clean or properly maintained. Overall, hygiene standards were unsatisfactory.

Beds are very hard like stone, food is not Worth for money we gave. Ventilation is not proper room no 1 & 2.

location is average and difficult to find Accomodation is below average and service providers are arrogant. Only one room boy was available and he couldn't respond properly to our requests. We were charged for the toiletries provided. Dinner was ok, washrooms ok, hotwater was available. Owner is good and speaks nicely. we had a issue with the rooms availability..he helped us with a big room and refund

We went on a leisure trip to see jog falls and other picnic spots. The home stay had frequent power outages and no inverter or back up system was used. The second night was horrible as power cut was frequent and long lasting

This is the good homestay people are with the manners and the nature is nice one of the best stays. Highly recommended for any middle class people and students with low budget plans

The room was horrible with the bed, cleanliness & even ceiling fan not maintained properly. On checking with the owner who just stays in the ground floor gave excuse that he didn't know the ceiling fan is not working properly & ac unit was not working too. (how good an excuse after being the owner. On requesting for refund as we didn't have a good night's sleep, the owner out-rightly refused & doesn't even care to apologise for not maintaining the room properly. He doesn't even care of customer giving negative reviews ( i mentioned this & he said give whatever bad rating you can) about the property & is just concerned about getting his money. The food provided at the property (suggested as good by owner) is bad too. I would recommend staying at kumta/murdeshwar/gokarna or some other good property in jog falls & completely avoid this one

Good strategic spot to visit jogfalls and vibrant nature. Accommodation good and moderately neat and hygienic. May be their own constraints - lacking professionally handled reception and communication. Food good. Fairly recommend it.

It's nice place to stay. Owner is also having good nature & also guide me about the places to visit around. They also provided breakfast, lunch dinner of good quality. Worth to stay with chipper price

It was a decent place to stay. Pros: - it's near jog falls - hotel staff is humble and helpful - the hotel rooms are well maintained - peaceful place to see some birds cons: - my bathroom door knob was broken and handle was not there. - some dirty mud was there in the bathroom side corner. - few rooms in this hotel are not maintained at all. So check rooms and bathroom before check in.

First of all i did not get the room i booked. Instead, i was asked to stay in some pathetic lodge since the owner has given my booked rooms to some one else

Overall good experience and very near to jog at good price.
