groupI booked the. Hotel for my staff 2 rooms. Everything was confirmed, money also paid though makemybtrip confirmation also came but when. They reached hotel they said, they don't have room. I spite of showing, all details they didn't responded and not given room. So all have to come back from karnal to ghaziabad and again gone next day. I think still money i have not received back regards
