nice place to stay for family, near to baga beach , place is very peaceful, price is reasonable...... good location near to baga beach ,peaceful place

Property was good but staff was not at all cooperating,and rooms were also bit conjusted.

all over hotel was good..but breakfast buffet was not so good ..pool timing was also short ... ambience was good

It was good to stay here , we felt safe , crowd was decent .Break Fast should have more varieties ,the staff was cooperative and well mannered, Ambiance is wonderful.

I have canceled the booking on 9th March in the evening as my booking was free cancellation till 9th march 1:59 PM but have cancelled and requested at 7:30 PM due to flight issue from Lucknow but the hotel and MMT and have submitted the proofs also but neither MMT nor Santiago refunded the amount as they are cheating and charging full amount

It was a good stay everything was good as expected but AC was a big issue for us as it was making lot of sound at night dont know what was wrong

It is nice place to stay the staff is very nice and it is between the baga and calangute beach and near the Tito's lane but the hotel is somewhat difficult to find but overall my experience was awsome

Stay was good. Breakfast quality also good. Needs some maintenance of ac rooms for standard rooms. Swimpool hygiene was well maintained.

Location not approachable, noisy guests in room, basic liveries not provided in the room

I think santiago beach resort is average for me because there is vintage types of room and air conditions also. And the second thing is complimentary breakfast is not enough non vegetation food its because i thought average for me. The morning breakfast like foreigners not like indians

Stay was good. Average food in the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is very good. Nearby sight seeing spots. Beaches are walkable. Staff is cooperative.

Rooms are very basic so overpriced We faced hot water issues on both of the days Location is good Food was average overall it does not justify the price at which we booked this in mid Jan 2025, more than 4k per night there are other better options in this price range

A comfortable stay with a good environment. Breakfast is very nice and hygienic. Room service is very good and the staff is very professional.

It's very inside from main street to find is difficult also no direction or board display on main road which can navigate it new person. Conpair to rate it's too high actual price was around 6-8 k but i got my deal too high. Food was quite good but compair to price paid it's average.

Rooms are not cozy. The washroom is smelly and the hotel does not provide any complementary washroom stuff. No lift ,It's difficult if you get a 2nd floor room.

The hotel room is very congested. The bathroom and bedroom sizes are small, and the hall sizes are big. There are no elements for hanging towels and clothes in the room and bathroom. No proper mirror or side table. The balcony was there but so many mosquitoes. Food was average. Charges are high for any particular food. The coffee charges were too much as per quality.

Room was clean and the staff was very kind. We have tried breakfast in buffet and that was awesome. Overall it was a good experience.
