Security wise - unsafe .Food - limited , poor quality , fixed timings.Lonely - nothing nearby ( you are bound to place ) . Should be last choice

Management has no solution for any situation they face . Before our stay, TV was removed. When children asked, they simply said it's not avlb. Its important as sunset happen at 5 pm and then you don't have any other activity. There is no solution offered. For each room service request, we have to make multiple calls and waiting. One can stay to this place only if there is no other option. Customer orientation is completely missing and that's primary in tourism business.

The Hotel was very nice, hospitality was top notch. Food was nice and served hot. Specially Dinner.

Nice stay. Rooms are very spacious and you can easily lay extra bed, if required. Cleanliness is good. Restaurant, though small, is very well maintained. Food is good. Linens in room are good.

Our stay in San Naela Resort was amazing...clean rooms..very supportive staff.. they are polite and prompt..food served to us homely and delicious..Interior and exterior both are well decorated giving a peaceful serene ambiance

location outside city but open, good food on order, nature friendly, supportive staff, big size room

Good thing about this resort is the location and courteous and helpfull staff, rest of the things are not great. Rooms don't have balconies , Breakfast is limited to few options only and you can't order anything between 10am to 5pm and 9pm to 8am as Kitchen is closed. Not at all a 3 star property.

Don’t stay here even electricity is not coming whole night not even providing food in proper time not a good place to stay specially when travelling with family and kids.water is leaking from roof inside so called super delux room.

All bases were covered perfectly right from checkin to checkout.. food fantastic staff extremely courteous and in room amenities upto mark.. all in all A+ Very spacious room nice location and prompt service.. reasonable breakfast.. amenities were adequate

Rooms were clean. But they had only one wall fan and no ceiling fan and no ac. Poor ventilation in room as windows didn’t have nets or grills for protection. The property is definitely overpriced. Also there are frequent power outages. At midnight 2-4am no power in room. Also the generator was not working. Breakfast also had limited options. Overall property is not worth the money.

Very dissapointing stay experience. They didn't even provide dental kit. Basic amenities are also missing. Very bad experience. They have charged so much for null to minimal services.

I found this hotel on MMT, it was a good hotel with amenities, as it's a place where it rains frequently, There are chances of power outages, but the location was very good, I loved the place and stay at hotel, food was also good and the staff at hotel were very pleasing, location was near to seven sister falls around 4km, overall had a great stay, looking forward to visit again cheers!

No wifi, No proper electricity backup for late night. food is not good. Not worth spending that much money on this property.

Worst ever experience, no power for 2 continues days. No Wi-Fi and due to rain water was coming inside. No proper power back up and no hot water due to no power.
