No Light, No Hot Water ,No Food, No heater Very Very Very bad....They Star Light when Guest Arrived after Taking Food They Stop all Light... India Worst Hotel 😡😡😡😡😡

I stayed at this hotel for three days during my visit to Gangtok and had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel offers excellent service, with everything being up to the mark except for its location, which is not very convenient. However, the quality of service provided more than makes up for it. In particular, Sonu stood out for his kindness and helpfulness, always ready to assist whenever needed. The level of service provided truly reflects the value for the price paid. Overall, I had a comfortable and satisfying stay here.

I booked a hotel in Lachung for a one-night stay and originally reserved a room at Rufina De Crown. However, without any prior intimation, my booking was changed to a different hotel. I discovered this change only upon arriving to check in.

They sent me to their another hotel, which is horrible.

Hi everyone. We are from lucknow and we find this property on very good location which is itself on a mountain and view from here is also mind-blowing. We were staying in room 201 and staff of the hotel were also very polite.

-Location of the hotel was fantastic! Located a bit farther from the city centre but views from the hotel are amazing. -Rooms were clean & tidy with 24hr hot water supply. A kettle is provided in every room with tea bags and coffee sachets. -Service was fantastic and the staff are very friendly and helpful. -Food here was really tasty and probably the best food in our entire 5-6day trip to the sikkim. (They charge 400 per person per meal which is totally worth it. in which they provide atleast 6-8 items along with the soup & dessert)

Location is good. Room is also good but services was not satisfactory. They are charging unnecessary charge for food or you can consider it food of a normal restaurant is available with cost of 4 star restaurant. Staff's commitment is not at all acceptable

The location of the hotel was at the top of lachung village. Entire mt. Kata was clearly visible with clear sky. Beside the property, a close waterfall is situated, which can be accessed through mini trekking. Food is excellent in entire lachung. Staff behaviour is awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Extra credit to cook mr. Suraj for this excellent knowledge on food quality. Don't think much, go ahead with this hotel, you will enjoy the best few days of your life.

Had an awesome stay at this hotel with delicious food and beautiful view of mt. Katao. Staffs were very good and rooms were comfortable.

The hotel is located at a good location in the small town and the room was well equipped and had a good view.

It was a bit offbeat but made up for it with the views. The majestic mt. Kata was in front of us. The food was good as well. The staff was well behaved and very helpful l.

The hotel provides clean rooms with tasty and hot meals. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great view of snow clad mountains and located around 25 kms away from yumthang valley which is the most popular tourist destination in lachung. Overall a very comfortable stay without any complaints.

Comfortable rooms, hot water, clean linen was a plus. Hotel is a bit of an uphill drive from the main road. Offers great views of the town! super nice and helpful manager and staff! we had a nice dinner and the staff woke up real early to pack us breakfast and offer tea before our early start to zero point! will recommend to anyone planning a trip to lachung and the attractions nearby!
