worst experience ever.. the room was smelling, no basic facilities provided.. wrong order delivered.

Stay at Panacea the village was horrible and wastage of money. The room and washroom were dirty and filthy. Very badly maintained property.very lesss staff and they are unresponsive. Room service does not pick up calls. And breakfast is served after 10 am till then we stayed hungry. Intercom does not work, lights are all fused except a tubelight and two warm bulbs. Commode flush is unfunctional and the commode is full of red and brown stains. Cobwebs and dust everywhere.

Previously the property was excellent but day by day they have completely destroyed the charm of the room due to lack of maintenance. The bedsheet and all the pillow cover was dirty. There was no water in the washbasin. Really a horror show this time.

Room was very dirty and food price is too expensive & even bathroom floor was not clean as par price rooms are to expensive

Horrible service. Horrible food. The bathroom door is broken. Beds are broken on the sides. Couch is filthy. When you walk around the room all the doors keep moving and making sounds. Rooms are full of cockroaches and lizards. Full of dust. Zero maintenance. Next the food. The food here is so pathetic. Limited options and that too not edible. This is the only resort where they serve breakfast after 10 am. Because there is no staff till 9:30 am. If you need something or there is an emergency you will find no help here. Very horribly maintained area. The pond was so dirty. It looked like sewage water and the play area for kids are rusty and dirty. There were beer bottles thrown here and there. Management is worst here. It looks like they just opened the resort and let it rot. I would suggest everyone to go someplace else. There are many other resorts nearby with much better service.

As soon as we reached the place there were two cars full of drunkards luckily leaving the place, any ways, the room was nice, the place is green and good for kids to play, there is a pond inside which is dirty looks not maintained, the shower handle was broken so i had to take it out and adjust to take bath, luckily geyser was working, food is expensive, i think rice naan chicken and fish costed us 1860, we had to leave early morning due to emergency and there was no one doing night shift so we had to wait i mean it's ok but these everybody does night shift for customers

Everything was good rooms service, nice place to refreshment in between nature, but price of food it's too high according to quantity and taste. American crispy corn 350, plain rice 145 this too much curry 450, this is so expensive otherwise everything is nice but the food price make me to not go again on that resort, thank you

Very dirty rooms and no use of facilities and activities as there is no maintenance at all, rusty zipline and all activities. Knee level grass and weeds to be crossed to reach and use of activities. Serving trays are extremely dirty

Foul smell in the room. Breakfast and launch could have been better. Parking is not good at all. Overall experience 5 out of 10.

Went for stay on a weekday and because of that probably, many items on the food menu were not available. Some issues with electricity in the early morning hours. Bathroom was not clean and there were 2 insects inside the commode which i saw after removing the "this has been sanitized" seal. When i last visited on a weekend, the food and service and everything else was much better

A quaint and peaceful place! perfect ambience to relax and chill away from the busy city life. Food is really good, rooms are really nice, clean, hygienic, service guys are also very well behaved and co-operative, just that may be they are under staffed and hence takes time in getting orders served at rooms. But overall experience is really nice

The room was good and the beds are perfect but the bathroom amenities were terrible. There was an issue with the shower in the 1st room that we were provided. After complaining, we were given another room where the amenities were not good either. The jet spray was not working properly. Room service took a lot of time. Asked for an ashtray, and got it after 2 long hours. Somewhere i felt that the resort gave more importance to the day-to-day guests just visiting the campus rather than the guests staying there. Overall, the experience was much poor than expected.

Beautiful location with beautiful vibes

Breakfast not sufficient. Only available puri and sabji.

First what i liked most was peaceful environment. Second what i liked most was staff, they were awesome. Third what i liked was food, specially dal khichdi, only suggestion to increase menu items and make little inexpensive. Forth, management must make more recreational things, as no engagement activities apart from adventure activities. Music is essential part of the resort and swimming pool, swimming pool is very important factor for couples. So overall, nice experience

it was indeed an excellent experience while we stayed at panacea the village. we rate it 5. ambience was good. behavior of staff members was good. quality of food was good.

Room price is high as compared the room. Bathroom is good. But bed room would have been a better. Inside parking is not available. Prices of foods is also high.

Amenities are not up to mark. Worn out and not refreshing.

Calm and cosy stay. this is indeed the best place to relax and enjoy yourself within such a amazing surroundings.
