The villa was clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is nearby, one can walk to the beech within 10 minutes. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The stay was good clear rooms pet friendly food was good as well

I'm grateful for the service provided by Basil. He was very active. The place is very pretty, pet friendly and located at an easily walkable distance to the beach. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros. The stay is very understaffed and few people are doing too many jobs, which causes huge (approx 45min) delays in food and water service. The roof in the yellow villa leaked rainwater into the closet and on the bedside. Ruining our clothes and bedside electronics while sleeping. Food is a big problem here. If you're hungry you are left starving for long periods of time because they don't have ANY food readily available. Not even bread, butter jam, biscuits, lime soda, or eggs in the morning. The complimentary breakfast is not really complimentary because it's delivered 40 mins late, and tiny portions for each person. Water is chargeable and they take at least 20 mins to bring you a bottle of water, which you have to request first, otherwise water is not served at all. When we checked in, the previous guests who had checked out were shocked to see that new people had come into the villa which they thought contained their belongings. But the management had moved their belongings without consent to another room. Basically the management has a spare key so they can access your villa at any time, and proceed to do so without your consent. Be careful with your belongings, and lock your bedroom at night. A huge speaker is keot in the restaurant in which loud music can be played throughout the night. I had to call the owner at midnight to request him to switch it off. He didn't pick the call. I called the staff in charge. He only reduced the volume a bit, but it was loud EDM music in a quiet place so good luck getting any rest at all. In conclusion, the management needs to work on improving the quality of the existing room's structure and food services before thinking of expansion, which they are currently doing.
