MTDC Kunkeshwar....... Feeling bad for the resort with stay. Location is awesome. Property built-up is great but not maintained. Garden area is not clean and un-cared. Restaurant service is not good. Food quality is not as per prices. For breakfast menu is limited. Resort staff is good. Resort need to clean inside and outside surrounding. Rooms are spacious but need maintenance as there was leakage at toilet/bathroom. Parking area is big. I will request MTDC to pay attention at Kunkeshwar resort and take action for above recommendations. In Kunkeshwar, as there are less number of MTDC Kunkeshwar for stay. I, Sri Debjyoti Sarkar ,with my daughter and grand son visited on 20/2/2025 Kunkeshwar .we stayed at MTDC Kunkeshwar .Location of this place is very excellent. our suite ( consisting with 2 rooms along with two balconies) are sea facing and spacious and clean and airy. Toilet is very clea and spacious. Ambience of MTDC Kunkeshwar is very nice full of Mango groves and coconut trees. one swimming pool is existing. Canteen is very clean and spacious Cooking items are also delicious . Behaviour of each staff is cordial and pleasing. Over all our experience is superb.

The room is nice and spacious. The air conditioning works very well providing relief from the summer. Location of the resort is good especially if you are visiting for the Kunkeshwar temple. If planning for and evening darshan you can even walk it down. Beach is absolutely close and at a walking distance. Breakfast at the cafeteria is good and well managed by the staff there. All in all is a very comfortable stay and good value for money! Loved the fact that the staff especially was willing to provide hot ghavan chutney on day two! Keep it up!!!!

I booked Sea View Deluxe Room (AC) for 2 days. Rooms were clean and setup properly and the resort location is also convenient and in very close proximity of beach and temple. Note that you will have to find for someone on reception and person may not be readily available on place. Avoid food (including breakfast) in the resort restaurant as you get far better and local options nearby at good price. Swimming Pool is not maintained to the fullest and again there is no-one to look at. Overall average experience.

It was very good experience with MTDC Kunkeshwar We booked for 4 , and we got both the rooms far away, after talking we didn’t get anything for this. the resort itself gave us different rooms side by side but they were of lesser cost than the ones we booked

Food is excellent. Location is excellent. Facilities are good. Staff is cooperative

MTDC Kunkeshwar is best place to stay The surrounding is excellent with mango tree garden area

property location is amazing, just staying on edge of beach. rooms r clean and restuarant is tasty and hygienic and gud service..

It’s good location nice sea view food was very tasty rooms are spacious but need to be maintained as interior have become little old specially for bathroom else rest all things were good nice calm place to stay staff was very helpful
