We have travelled to Madurai as a family to explore temples and monuments, our stay at Max Hotel was really good

Hotel have no restaurant.We got cold tea and breakfast from outside .Housekeeping was also poor.

This is excellent experience because Good Hygiene maintained along with room service.

Location is good and it’s clean but don’t expect any great service levels here- there is no kitchen here so they can’t make anything for you- there is no phone in the room so every time you need you need to get up open the door and walk to the reception- the basic of things like a tissue roll in the washroom was missing - the two men tried hard but between so many rooms only they are there so things get delayed

3 Rest everything else was good. Except that their staff was trained to say NO to every small / important requests. Just average value for money.

Rooms were neat and clean. Staff members were courteous and cooperative. Room service for food was not available.

Average stay. Linens and Bathrooms are not clean. they don't have a dining space, instead they provide the food at the room. however there are no chairs inside the room. Kettle was not working, had to replace it. Found some cocroaches inside the room. Yet with all these they're on the pricier end

Decent room behind max showroom. We went to temple , it is not so close but decent distance

Bed linen and pillow covers are stained Restroom is not clean- toilet has stains, door,walls are stained with hairs. could have been better in cleanliness.

Rooms are Very Clean. Staff doing Good Job. They Got Hot Coffee along with Breakfast from nearby hotel which is good when starting quickly to next destination

The overall experience is very good. As far as the stay is concerned, it's very clean and hygienic. I suggest the management to have a good restaurant in the hotel so that we can get coffee in the morning. As it is a tourist place, we have to move in the early hours for sightseeing. I hope the management will take it as positive feedback. We experienced an excellent stay at the hotel. It's neat, hygienic and it's ambience is very good. The staff are also very excellent.
