Good location, property is new so looks very presentable and rooms are a great value for money, service was not very good and staff looked confused, food is average.

Property location was very good.Room was clean and staff were well behaved.

Good Location.. Service have to Improve. Receptionist is Same During Check in & Check out and have to Improve a lot. little Expensive Rooms Breakfast was not allowed to include during Booking. Hence Breakfast was Charged Extra.

We stayed here for a night on our way from Bangalore to Kumta. Our room was neat and clean. The staff was prompt and friendly. The hotel has over 3 different options to call in for food. Satisfied and happy.

Rooms and bed was not clean … horrible experience….hoter was not changed previous guest used bed spread…. They were using same one without washing… really horrible

So many mosquitoes are there inside the room and also rooms are not neat. Veg restaurant is ok

Malnad Gateway is at a very good location. The rooms were really nice, clean & well-maintained. The staff at the reception were also very courteous & helpful.

Overall the experience was good but there is too much confusion around breakfast. I have opted for a breakfast inclusive package but employees denied it. Rather just book the room and pay for breakfast separately.

We had a wonderful stay at malnad gateway. Hospitality and cleanliness was at it's best. All staff members including mr arjun & jyothi were very cordial and helpful. Once the proposed veg restaurant gets operational, this hotel will be my best preference. Being ideally located and easily accessible, i would suggest malnad gateway for someone visiting shimoga for business or holidays.

The stay was great... Very near to shimoga zoo and 20mins drive to elephant camp... Nearby easy access to all necessary things like bus stand, mall, pharmacy etc... The room was very clean and hygienic... Spacious and well suited for family as we traveled with our kids... They didn't feel cooped up... The food was very good but little pricey... Overall great stay!

Location was good, rooms were also neat but washroom in particular was stinking due to some drainage issues, we asked them to spray some room freshners for time being. Complimentary breakfast was not available in hotel as their veg hotel was under renovation, later they managed to get us some food from outside. overall stay was satisfactory
