Landmark Hotel

Room was spacious, staff was courteous. Overall good comfort stay.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been in. We are travelling with baby and senior citizen. It has not been even 24hrs since I checked in and already following issues seen - 1. We ordered boiling water for making baby food. We got dirty water in a used kettle with tea leaves and malai still floating. 2. The bathroom is dirty and filled with mould. 3. The whole staff went to have their own breakfast at 10.30AM. It is peak breakfast time for the guests but there is no one available to take the order for room service. We are told to wait 20 mins when staff returns. Ideally staff should go for their own food in shifts. 4. The phone in the room was not working and the reception guy was hell bent on convincing us that there is no issue. After 10 mins of argument he sent someone to check out phone. 5. The staff is incredibly rude. They answer the phone like - haan bolo. They are not agreeing to any issue. Not providing even basic service. Totally no hospitality or basic courtesy. 6. We booked super deluxe room and staff told that kettle or dental kit is not given for this room type. We needed kettle for warming water for baby. When we asked for boiled water they gave dirty water as mentioned above. 7. The bedsheets are dirty, pillows have stains, and overall this hotel is worse Overall totally worst experience. Cleanliness, staff, hygiene, everything is unspeakable.

The property is situated in a very good locality, Rooms are pretty good.. what i found was that the room service was not very great, the staff is super cool and very cooperative, the only thing to mention about room service was because the evening tea or snacks were not available as they had no staff at that time.. overall a very good place to stay...

I stayed at landmark hotel for 2 nights n 3 days. Overall experience is average location - good approachable rooms - good but smaller in size cleanliness - average. Lots of room for improvement food - average quality, slow service no amenities or other worthy mentions except tv acs at are good and working well service levels are average overall in all departments we had to prefer food options outside than having it in landmark due to service n quality issues. Breakfast is available but not a buffet system. So one has the order from available short menu and they deny part of it by saying unavailable abruptly. Lot of other hotels are better in that sense

Ac room was comfortable. We ordered dinner in the room and it was good. Breakfast choices very limited. But pratha and upama was available and they were good. Bathroom was clean. They should provide a napkin in addition to towels.

Location is good. Rooms are neat and clean. There is provision for driver to sleep. Extra bed provision needs improvement

Location is fabulous. Overall stay experience was good. Good car parking facility. Improvements areas would be overall service of staff needs to enhance for user experience. Hotel needs to undergo renovation as it has started aging

We got transferred to ratnagiri and hotel is walk-in distance. It is located in centre of city near to tibha place
