The resort is good with good location and beautiful view around. Cook and care taker both good. Altogether good

Pros - - view from the villa is breathtaking as are y ware y beach easily seen from the living room balcony and you can hear the sound of the waves - villa is surrounded by plants & lots of greenery around, well maintained - villa is on top of the hill so you will get good privacy - nearby attractions are ganpatipule, kajirbhati beach, are y warey beach and easily accessible. Cons- - interior & exterior of the villa is good but it is not well maintained - inside the villa, no mobile network at all and need to solely depend on wi-fi connection for calling - oven was on but not in working condition. Food was not getting heated - few lights in bedrooms, balcony weren’t working and some of the connection was broken - caretaker is female and not available 24*7, she comes in morning for cleaning purpose only but doesn’t take trash out. If food ordered from her then only she visits otherwise you have to manage by yourself only. - flush in one bedroom is also not working. When informed to caretaker she was also unaware about it. - terrace of the villa wasn’t cleaned well so we couldn’t utilise that area. Treadmill is showed in the pics but it isn’t functional. - biggest drawback is owner doesn’t responds on calls and request to stick to texts only. However due to no mobile network and wifi connection it’s difficult to reach owner as well as caretaker. - once the owner rent out the villa, the business is only between caretaker & guest and caretaker doesn’t entertain much. Due to remote area & low connectivity her phone isn’t reachable and it gets difficult get any help if needed - villa is on hilltop and connectivity to public transport is not available so ensure to arrange your own transport. Auto are available only in ganpatipule and being tourist place auto drivers demand high rates. Would request make-my trip to ensure to please mention all details for smooth experience for future guests. Not only related to this but whoever rent out their place it’s the owner’s/ caretaker responsibility to make complete awareness to the guest who visits. The villa was not cleaned properly. The washrooms were really dirty. No shampoo, soap or any other things were given to us. There was no caretaker present at the location for any kind of help. We just got the breakfast in the morning which was complementary. The location was good but the service was terrible. Even the wifi was not working properly. We didn’t get hot water as geyser was not working properly. Wont recommend anyone to visit this place. Terrible service.

Best staycation in ganpatipule♡♡ Must go place for family and friends to visit ♡♡ Their greenery and nature are Best Best Best 👌 Bedroom are neat and clean ....Sea view is at its spectacular views enjoying the view till check out. Only the hot water systems not properly managed. Kitchen is very clean every essential items are there in the kitchen to cook .They provide all utensils with gas stove. No nearby shopping centers or any shops like that. Gym systems are not Properly maintained. BTW Nice experience with SEA NEST VILLA . We are looking for visiting again this Property for sure♡♡

Location excellent, food good but time late. Day environment awesome but night dangerous because side villa no person

Well, this is one of the ratnagiri's jewell, hidden in trees and located on the hillside of the naval e village. Usp is uninterrupted views of sea with tranquility. It's well maintained, modern and meticulously, practical and beautiful property. Only disadvantage is voltage fluctuations throughout the stay else food on the site is average for vegetarian and great for non-vegetarian customers.
