all over good but some check in n check out time is not suitable as per hotel

poor and worst service, room not clean and smelling, breakfast not proper. I am not suggesting this hotel ..

They do not give full amenity what they saw and the room also smelling. I am disgusted from it. 👎👎

I came with my sister and they didn't allow me and they also didn't give me the room so please give me a refund

Staff are not so cooperative. Lift is dirty. Bathroom tap broken. Dustbin is so dirty. Has to ask repeatedly for geyser on.

Disappointing stay experience* i recently had the misfortune of staying at this establishment, and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. Despite expectations, the room allocated to me fell short of basic standards. *key issues* 1. Cleanliness: the room was not properly cleaned, with evident signs of neglect. 2. Space: the compact room lacked adequate space, making it uncomfortable. 3. Hygiene: poor maintenance and hygiene standards were evident. 4. Amenities: warm water was not consistently available, and the heater's power was frequently cut off without prior notification. *additional concerns* - lack of communication: staff failed to inform me about the heater's scheduled maintenance or power outages. - inadequate facilities: insufficient storage space and no provision for extra towels or toiletries. - uncomfortable bedding: mattress and pillows were not up to the mark. *recommendations for improvement* - enhance housekeeping services to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. - provide adequate space and storage facilities in rooms. - improve communication regarding maintenance and amenities. - upgrade bedding and amenities to ensure guest comfort.

Location was a bit far from my common place of visit. Hotel was non co-operative. I had placed a request to give me a room at 6:00 a. M. If available. But they charged 300 extra for early entry even though rooms were available in plenty. Room & bathroom were also shabby & non pleasant. Overall 1 out of 10 rating fromy stay. My before booking with your app in hotel at-ta inn was very good. On that basis i had booked this time. Last time i had opted for paying cash after visit but this time i had paid at the time of booking az i was satisfied with the last visit in hotel at-ta inn. Very bad experience.

Location of the hotel is good and close to the dargah however, they don't have an in-house kitchen though they have a menu card so if we order food from their menu they will bring it from a different nearby restaurant. Coming on to amenities it is average as the reception mobile is not reachable half the time and when you connect they don't answer your calls, also services are poor as the rooms are not cleaned properly and if you ask the housekeeping staffs to clean them they will ignore you and walk away then you will have to chase them to do the work so, in short, you have to call them again and again for one simple work. It was an average stay for me so i will book a different hotel next time in around the same budget.

Rooms are not clean. Bathroom, bedsheet, pillow, room walls are very dirty & frequent power cuttoff in rooms.

Overall experience was quite good and comfortable. Friendly behaviour as well as they helped us in many ways.

Bedsheet is dirty, room smelling very bed, need to improve on cleanliness and hygiene, recommended fot day use only, night stay will be not comfortable, staff is good and near from dargah.
