Property is situated in a road side village. It is a very ordinary two floored house. Property owner has built two rooms in first floor for stay. Rooms are very ordinary. Village type cot has been provided in the name of bed. No almirah is in room. Washroom is very poor. No flush systen at commode for flushing water. You have to open a tap to clear it. A toy size washbasin is in the room and not in washroom. Property is in a very lonely area and at night it seems like a dark jungle as there is no street light. No conveyance is available for the property from the station. Property owner is himself a ecco van driver. On reaching the railway station you have to call him then he will come and take to you to the property. You will have to get his help for going anywhere in kevadiya during your stay. He charges Rs 200 per trip. A very narrow staircase is there to go to first floor. Despite all negative aspects there are two positive points. First, you can walk and get oxiginsted air during your morning walk being a village. And secondly you can have a tasty nourishing food prepared by the owners wife herself though there is very limited menu. Overall it is totally worthless to book this property in the name of homestay.

I found it very difficult to locate the property after reaching as the location given in website is wrong. Website shows that the property is around 2. 5 km from railway station but it is around 7-8 km away. There is no food arrangement in nearby places. Only positive thing is that the owner of the property is very humble and good human being.

This is something the title say. The owner is very humble and also he guided us for the way to reach our places and also this is something that i like the most. The room was well maintained and also clean. Home like feeling. Really wonderful stay here.

They had already sold my accommodation to someone else. I had to do multiple follow ups and requests after which they shifted to other resort.
