Disappointing experience inaccessible hotel location & uncooperative staff

I recently booked a stay at this hotel but unfortunately did not stay due to several issues with its location and service. Firstly, the hotel is not easily reachable. Despite our efforts to find it, we faced significant difficulty due to its off-road location. We called the hotel guy for assistance and asked them to guide us to the hotel, but he did not come down and help, but never showed up. This lack of support was very disappointing. Moreover, the hotel is not situated roadside, making it impossible for a car to reach the premises. This made it extremely challenging to transport our luggage to the hotel, which is a major inconvenience. Lastly, the staff were not cooperative. The unhelpful attitude and lack of responsiveness from the hotel personnel made the entire experience quite frustrating. Due to these reasons, we decided not to stay at this hotel. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a hassle-free and cooperative stay.

Rate is high compared to what you get. Food quality is good. Owner behavior is also good. We were in 13th may 224 ( kedarnath opened on 10th, ukhimath looked not so crowded. I recommend to book on spot. It'll be much less.
