KAZIRANGA FLORICAN LODGE

Our stay was horrible . The service was very poor. they did not provide any kind of necessary things like towel ,soap room there is a television which was 20 yrs old & not in working condition. we were asked to go out for dinner .No food service in hotel.

No electric cattle in room, no exhaust fan in washroom, wifi not working, dirty glasses, broken chair

My stay was comfortable and the staff of the lodge were very cordial and helping. The staff of the lodge was very cordial and helping.

Location in prime area. Nice and clean rooms.

Unclean bedsheet. Raged. Towal raged. No bucket in bathroom. No shampoo shop. At all.

Very good accomidation, clean and neat rooms, 24 hours hot water, hotel staff are very helpful. Located in main highway.

Staff was very polite. Room is spacious but has small insects around the lights. Probably they need to change the room lights so it does not attract insects. Overall it is a good stay.

It was not a value for money stay. Dining is not available in the lodge. Bathrooms are not very clean. Windows were full of dust.

Basic facilities are there but nothing seems upto the mark. Behavior wise staff is fine.

Good location and rooms, but very stinky pillows and blankets. I didn't used as it was smelling horribly and used my own blankets and cloths as pillow. Washroom was good

After arrival at 6:50pm on 13th oct 2021 we asked them for a cup of boil water for our 2 yrs kid but they couldn’t manage it. They have said that their cook is not available so we managed our dinner at some another hotel. At around 2am ac and fan stopped working in all the rooms due to voltage fluctuation but they couldn’t troubleshoot the same and in that hot weather we couldn’t sleep and so we check out at 7am. They are managing this hotel absolutely in a unprofessional way.

Very terrible experience, rooms are very dirty, blankets stinks.

Would rate it as a two star property but with nice cozy atmosphere. Staff was good and helpful. In general hotels around this area are of similar ratings. Very conveniently located to the park

Good hotel overall. Near to kaziranga national park.

The location and behavior of the owner and stuff are the plus points. There were very helpful in arranging the safari which i really cared about. Food and other stuff was given in room service, though little late in service, the morning tea was not available before morning safari.
