Terrible nightmare

We checked in at jagdish homestay, anjarle and were shocked into deep depression on being fooled into booking a slum for the price of a star hotel. The bedrooms were dingy cells with single beds, second guest to sleep on a mattress on the floor. The ceiling fans were hanging too low for safety, no light point in the bathrooms. Staircase was too risky for super-senior citizen like me, with half shoe steps. Tea was served in scoops and not standard cups. Overall, this was a terrible nightmare. We checked out in less than 2 hours and checked in prime beach resort at much better terms and right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay at this place. It seems, you have approved this property under some ulterior motives. If this property was inspected by you for acceptable norms, you could not offer this to your customers. Shortlisting and including this in your approved list does not behoove your reputation. I demand full refund and written unconditional apology for the harrassment and inconvenience caused to us. I intend taking this issue to appropriate forums and media to prevent the recurrence of such unpleasant experiences and expose mm t for its unbecoming and unfair practices.
