had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

View of sea is best. Bedsheets and cushions very not clean, very itchy. Power cuts very frequently, they have inverter, but AC doesn't work without power. TV doesn't work well. No Swiggy/Zomato available. No groceries store nearby. No auto or cabs to travel. Caretaker was also least bothered if customers need Milk, Sugar or any basic grocery needs. The host and caretaker were very helpful and sweet. The apartment is exactly as shown in images and clean.location is great as close to harnai and anjarle beach, both which aren’t swamped with too many tourists, so you get peace. I’d give 5 stars for apartment interiors, it’s as it should be at that price, but the exteriors of building and location are under construction and un clean, a drawback you wouldn’t want to come back to. If you can push your budget stay at lemon tree harnai, if you can’t be prepared to use the apartment only to sleep, and spend days at beach or exploring/having meals outside.

The host and caretaker were helpful and the apartment is decent clean inside, however the exteriors are still under construction so cleanliness outside and the road leading to it is raw. If you want to only sleep there, and explore harnai and anjarle beaches the location is great, as those beaches are serene and not crowded. The view is good, but there is rubble outside and not so peaceful. Overall average place to crash in.

Stay - apartments were clean. Caretaker was very friendly and helpful. It was worth stay for spending quality time. Best part of the stay is the sea view open terrace. Sea sighting at day with suvarndurga fort view situated in sea and star gazing at night.
