HOTEL WESTERN PREMIUM

Primary Guest's permission not asked for second guest and other visitor were entering without Primary guest permission. I made early checkout between 1:30AM to 2:00 AM. But hotel did not gave checkout detail.they didn't email for early checkout.

Wonderful stay

It was a neutral experience. Neither I had an elite nor I had a worst experience with them. Hotel staff was friendly. Clean room and washroom. I would choose 🏨 Centra over this hotel westeren premium because the price is the same. Overall, It was okay. I would keep my options open, If I visit again. Nothing deterimental in the facility, if you are near you can book this hotel for a good experience

The hotel lack basic facilities like iron box, breakfast was terrible. Not good for business travelers

Hotel is very good, clean, well managed, service is ok, food is ok. Only location of hotel i didn't liked.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. My room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities i needed for a pleasant stay.

Its a hidden gem. Easy to reach, parking is available, positive and responsive team, very good rooms and a good chef who makes tasty indian food. Nothing to complain about.

बहुत ही घटिया होटल था हमने तीन लोगों के लिए बुक किया पानी की ही बोतल दी खाना बहुत ही घटिया था हाउस। किपिंग वाले नहीं सुन रहे थे टीवी के लिए बोला तो जवाब मिला कि इस ज़माने में टीवी कौन देखता हें ब्रेकफास्ट में सिर्फ पूरी आलू ही थे

Its a new property but most likely to decay soon as majority hotels in mohali/chandigarh due to non-maintenance and poor housekeeping services. We do prefer to stay at this property due to the infra and connectivity however, its been many times that the housekeeping would not be done till evening and when you reach back in the evening after hectic schedule of the day, the room would still be in the same state as you left in the morning and upon inquiring the staff will tell you "you did not inform us about housekeeping" as if housekeeping is only to be done if you tell them to. There are chances that the same sheets will be tidied up, if you notice, you notice.

The staff was very welcoming. But that was pretty much the only good thing. Room was decent. The door handle would get stuck everytime. Food was okayish. Hot water was not working. It was delivered to my room in a bucket! the water even then was dirty. For the amount i paid, definitely expected better.

The location is at prime, food was good. Service was good. They attended us properly. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean. We asked to clean the bathroom properly, it was attended by the hotel staff.

Easy to access and avail cabs like uber because of their geo mapping. Clean and neat rooms. Food was good and the quantity of food can easily serve two. There is a scope of improvement in fulfillment of customer requests in a timely manner.

The hotel was clean, staff was good. The stay was very relaxing. If i ever visit mohali for a short trip l, i will comeback and stay here.

In a stay during travel all one needs us a home like place, western is the one. Facilities are upto the standard of a mumbai hotel, very well behaved staff, hygienic food, sanitized rooms, no showoff or disturbance by staff for tip, good view, nearby atm's and other facilities, transport available just outside hotel, may be it is a new property so everything is superbly clean. This is going to remain my stay adda now till my work goes on in mohali.

Food is with limited items but quality is very good. Liked wanted repeat here for all my trips in future
