hotel was very good and at very excellent location .Very hygienic and staff very helpful..food was also amazing

In short it's the best amongst all other stays that I booked during my trip to Kashmir. Be it room, views, service, TV, internet, bathroom everything was top notch. I will give it 10/10 as I loved the experience.

Poor experience. Mouse(s) were running around inside the room whole night & making noise. Couldn’t even sleep due to fear. I have taken the video as well, how they are coming in hiding under the hot kettle & tray where tea making items & food were kept.

Location is verg good with good view of mountains. But rooms are small. Room service is not provided which is a problem for dinner. Restaurant is in a basement.

location was good but in the hotel premises locals and drivers were roaming around, staff was polite but untrained and unprofessional, have to dial two times to reception for any service, food was terrible restaurant was mess and bad smelling, food was also below average.

We stayed at this hotel in december as snow was settling in in sonamarg. The staff were friendly, let us check in an hour early. And that’s where it started going downhill. It seemed like while they hurried to let us check in early (we did not ask for it, we were okay waiting) they didn’t clean the room (floor was muddy, linen unchanged, no toiletries. They resolved this in bits and pieces through the day because they had only 4 people working in the property. We had only opted for the room, but on the first evening they gave us a full buffet thinking we opted for their meal package (we ordered a main dish and a rice over the intercom, they got us like 5 things, we asked it if this was the set only set dinner that was available, they said yes. They clarified the next morning that we were indeed served dinner that was not inclusive. Honestly speaking, the food was pretty good and the pricing was alright for a buffet, we didn’t have complaints, buuuut this random miscommunication could have been avoided if they just checked our booking (property had only 2-3 rooms occupied. The experience took a turn for the worse when we discovered that there was a rat infestation, the pitter patter of the rats in the room, had us up on our last night there, and of course, had us feeling a little icky. On the last night, they also decided to switch off basic amenities like hot water (which only comes twice a day in the winter) and the central heater, which again, if communicated beforehand we’d be happy to accommodate. When we spoke to the “emergency” night contact, they nonchalantly mentioned that of course hot water and heater facilities would not be provided since we were the only remaining guests at the hotel. All in all, the hotel is possibly alright in the peak summer season (there’s usually more staff, economies of scale so they’d turn on the hot water and heater, but your guess is as good as mine. The two stars is for the view which is impeccable from the property and food that was quite nice actually.

Stayed here for two days. The views from the room were good and views from hotel premises were amazing. It was great experience of staying at place surround by phenomenal natural beauty. Rooms were good. Staff allowed us to switch room on second day to enjoy views of other side. Food menus had limited options and quality was alright. Overall we had a great experience and memories.

Good location, good food, hospitality can be improved. Overall stay was fun as stayed for a night. Next trip will try to stay for few more days.

The view and the overall room was fantastic. The issue was that dirty water was leaking in the room beneath the floor and giving out a horrible smell in the room. At times like raw sewage

worst!!!! the experience we had. -6°c temp and the central heating is closed at 1 am ( which we were not made aware of) with 2 small kids in the room. with a cold room not sure how the hotel mgmt expects kids to sleep. Also the guy at the reception is unresponsive at 4 am. managed to contact manager at 4.40 am helpline but manager was more annoyed at being woken at that time than serving his customer. more over i had called him a day before from Pahalgaum where it had snowed to confirm if the room had the heater for the night for which he confirmed positively. the room we stayed in had a window that will not close properly and allow cold air to come in. curtains were not properly maintained/ torn and became difficult to close completely for privacy. The only positive was the bathroom had hot water. not worth the cost. overall apathy towards customers makes me give zero, but for location and view will give 1 star.

Pros: really hot water in shower. They have heater in rooms from 6pm (for 5 hours) good rooms with view. They accommodate our request for bonfire, hot water for instant noodles. Cons: the breakfast is limited to a loo pratha or omellete/toast

excellent place with excellent view... the staff is very polite and food is very nice... though between the snow clad mountains and temperature -2 degree in house we felt so warm ... awesome stay... thanks mmt to suggest here... 😊
