didn't stayed bcoz of some reasons... cancelled booking

No mosquito repellent given. The bathroom mat was not given and the bed mat was wet & dirty and not replaced even after reported.

location is perfect, behavior also good but the conditions of room is bad. I suggest makemytreep should look at better room condition.

The hotel service was average and the breakfast was also not good thus they have taken extra money too . When we are booking the hotel they told us that sea is near it but it was a little far.

It was a decent stay for the price, but there’s room for improvement in terms of comfort and amenities. Would stay again if the price is right, but wouldn’t expect luxury.

I stayed in a standard ac room with bay view from 15. 06. 2024 to 17. 06. 2024. But they have not provided bay view room. Location is very nice. Very near from beach, railway station and bus stand. Hospitality is not up to the mark. Room is not well maintained and not cleaned. Average restaurant.

Room was good, Staff behavior good, running water, toilet🚽 good, also their food quality is too good. main things their building🏢 location📍 maximum 200 meters from sea beach🏖.

Room service was very bad. Room was full of dust. Bathroom was in terrible condition.

Nearest to railway station and sea beach. Budget friendly hotels for family. The restaurant also provides good foods.

I have booked 2 rooms for 5 persons. The rooms are very bad condition. The toilet has broken and dirty condition. The price of two rooms has 4000. 00 of one day. The value of 2 rooms as per condition is only 2000. 00.

Booked combo room for 6 people and extra charge given for extra bed. Neither received combo room or extra bed. Two separate room was given. No extra bed is given. Also water bottle has sticker of bislery but hotel filtered water given. Because of this hotel filtered water two female member vomitted. I asked why the water bottle has bad water. He said we all are having this water. Giving us so many excuses. Complete bad service. Bad drinking water. Not given combo room and not given extra bed.

Bathroom was not clean, room was small as per price, price is very high. For breakfast only 2 options are there.
