Extremely unprofessional - stay away! i booked and fully paid for this hotel, but when i arrived to check in, the hotel manager demanded more money, claiming the payment made wasn’t enough! despite showing proof of my full payment, they insisted on extra charges before allowing me to check in. highly unprofessional behavior. It ruined my entire experience, and i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free stay. Avoid this hotel if you don’t want to deal with unethical practices.
