Fudu hotel hai. 1200 ka room liya auro woh bhi 800 wala dediya fir 300 auro leliye acha room keh kr auro fir uses room mei na ac chal rhea tha auro na washroom mei paani sahi se aa raha tha. Flush bekar tha. Overall - (minus) star experience raha

Booked a deluxe room but hotel didn’t have any room and provided a dirty room of his house and said, just because i had prepaid booking that’s why he is providing us room. Very rude behaviour by staff. So we didn’t stay there and had to book another hotel for the night.

The lady at the counter was very rude. I reached hotel at 8am. On call i was told that they will give me early check-in if the room is available, they had vacant rooms but still asked me to pay extra charges for early check-in. Also, they called me to reception from the room to pay first and then use the room. The lady present in reception didn't even know how to talk to guests, she was very rude. Pathetic experience. Also the rooms were in a very bad condition. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Food was nice but the place was untidy. Room, toilet and even the bed was not clean. Rest everything was ok.

There was no landline, t. V. Was not working even ac was not cooling, no soap, shower gel and all. It was really bad experience for me.

When i went to check in the hotel staff asked for extra money even though i had already paid on the mm t app.

It was a terrible stay. Rooms were dirty. No lights in washroom. Bedsheets were stained. Ac was not working. And they charged extra tariff while checking in.

Its my very bad experience ever the hotel manager do not give my room at the booking price and demands extra money. While i dont pay they do not give me room. Then i pay extar money then they give me room

Hotel charged for water and bf but was free as per booking. Washroom and blanket not clean. Paid bf was good.

I booked the room and when i reached owner said you need to pay extra for check in and they have worst staff no one was friendly. the rooms were not clean and ot was my worst experience in my entire life.

A dirty bed sheet and tv was not operating

Dear sir i requested two three time for on tv but not respond from their end. Secondly, in the morning bot-hing soap was not available in the both room. I started calling to receptionist but respond very poor. In this context, you can confirm from the them. Okay
