We weren’t expecting to find such a beautiful hotel nestled in the greenery. The property is lovely, the staff is courteous, and the food is absolutely delicious. A big thanks to Team Saptaparna for creating such a luxurious experience amidst nature!

*Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Price* I had a very unpleasant stay at Hotel Saptaparna in Bankura. The room was not at all suitable for staying. At this price point, the AC was placed far from the bed and didn’t cool the room properly. The fan was installed in a corner, not above the bed, making it practically useless. The room setup was poorly designed, and overall comfort was missing. On top of that, the staff was untrained and unprofessional. There were multiple issues during my stay, and the service standard was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel if you're expecting even basic comfort and service.

Fooding, lodging and environment is fine.Behaviour of staff and managerial personal well Smart, anyone can joyfully spares leasur days here surrounded with flowers.

Nice government owned property run by private hotel chain. Good facility at reasonable price bracket! may not be the quickest in service but quality not been compromised. Excellent staff courtesy and behaviour. B/fast menu may required some daily variation.

Property is couple friendly, rooms were neat, tidy and the bathroom was especially excellent. Mini fridge in the room was very convenient. Room service was very prompt and food served was tasty.

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. Very helpful and efficient. Rooms were neat and clean. Room service was great. We stayed in room no. 102 and 104. Rahul sardar in paricular attended us as room service staff. He was very courteous, and helpful. We will always remember him for his polite behavior and helpful attitude.

The hotel is okayish nothing 3 star about the rooms as discussed. Food was okay not very great. I didn't find it value for money.

I was recommended this hotel for my business trip. The hotel was well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was beyond expectation. Everything from breakfast to dinner was mindblowing.

Best hotel in bankura. Very safe reliable and great location. Staff are good too. I have been staying there since many many years, whenever i visit bankura.

Old type room, facilities are not up to the mark as today’s world. Shower is not working properly and the option of facilities are too low. Food option is also limited. Overall not justify the room rent
