Terrible Stay

We don't get to stay in ac delux room They did not give us ac deluxe as we have paid for. They said that you don't have tie up with them they charged extra for other room which was non ac your customer care is terrible not even a single number is alive. So next time please don't cheat anyone.

The location was convenient

The Hotel is located very near to the main Road and traveling to various places by different modes of transportation is quite convenient. The room was nice and clean. The staff was nice and the amenities were all present. The Hotel provides only breakfast and tea but it would be more convenient if they had a restaurant also.

soloThe hotel is not worth the money that I've spent. The room was nice if I don't consider the poorly cleaned bathroom, the unavailability of hot water for hours. They cut every access to the downstairs at night and goes to sleep. If somebody needs hot water or anything in the night time, nobody is available. No tea is available before 8 in the morning which is quite inconvenient. The hotel also does not have a breakfast buffet. They serve the ordered breakfast in the room.

The Hotel s quite good. The room was spacious and had all the facilities that a person need during a stay. But the Hotel should do more for the cleaning.
