We enjoyed more staying in hotel sagar kanya Puri . Hotel staff are very cooperative and overall cleanliness was good

It was a very bad experience, the room was so bad and the bedsheets were not at all clean and don't even ask about the bathroom. All the sound of the bathroom in the other room is heard in this bathroom. Bedsheets are not changed daily. I would say don't book this hotel at all. Please don't waste your money

Service is good food not like i am veg food not like stay good

I booked two double deluxe ac rooms for my family for 18th &19th august 2023 (two nights) for 11127. The rooms were of very low standard, worst dirty washroom with cracked washbasin & leaking sanitary work. , provided bad conditioned table and luggage rack. Badly maintained & dirty room & bed. The room resembled like a room of a low standard dharmshala. The room charges should not have been more than rs 1000/ per night for a this type room & they did not have any alternative. Makemytrip should also try to properly enquirer the facilities as well as the reasonability of costing. By the property recommended by them. Customers book the property blindly in the name of make-my trip. My worst experience of a hotel stay booked on your app.

It was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life. All the reviews and ratings given here in make my trip is fraud and fake. The original rate of the hotel is less than 700 rupees but in make my trip i had to buy it with rupees 2700. Don't go there. Please don't go there if it is not absolutely necessary. I repeat it was the worst hotel i have ever seen in my entire life. The bathrooms were so small that one person can only stand there. The bathroom is so dirty even the staffs are not willing to clean it. Don't stay with 3 perso they will tae the charge but not even give a extra futon to sleep.

water leakage in washroom. food is very bad in the restaurent of Sagar Kanya hotel

Overall good service but room service is not satisfied fallen water in vharanda continuously few attendent beheviour is not good they are not pickup my phone. Some times monkey was coming room out side net area

Location is excellent & the staffs behavior is helping, food is good.

Hotel distance from gagannath temple to hotel is only 1 km which is walk able and puri beach distance from hotel is 650 meter. Auto stand also infront of hotel

Location is better. All other things are very good.

Rooms are big and clean with a comfortable bed. However, bathroom is small and not so clean. Seabeach and lord jagannath temple in walking distance. Staffs are good and friendly. The main gate opens at 6:30 am and if want to go for sunrise view, the staffs are to be called from sleep. No intercom and the numbesr mentioned in the room do not respond. The restaurant at the hotel is good and serves tasty food.

Dear make my trip, very honestly i am disclosing the fact, if i compared the amount i have paid, the facilities are are not enough. They are as follows, 1. A number of hotels which are near to sea beach but the rate are comparably low and the area as well as facilities are almost same or more. 2. There is a difference in rate of the hotel in booking through make my trip and spot booking which is of course a cause of mental agony. 3. Booking through you before two or three months but we got third floor, which is really trouble some by again you have not gives us option of choosing rooms as well as floor. These are the few remarks about you and your hotel. !

The bathroom was choked with improper drainage and needed frequent cleaning by sweeper. Although the sweeper used to get drainage working but again it was choking. Room hygiene especially table and cupboards was below par however linen was comparatively clean.

The staff are ext-rely well behaved and helpful. The rooms were cleaned twice every day as long as the occupants are there. Room service and internal kitchen food was excellent. The sea is at a distane of 15 mins (max) from the it, but we could see the temple's top and flag from the 2nd floor balcony of the hotel. The streets were calm and free from un-necessary noise. We were provided with a medium sized room at first but as soon as we requested for a bigger one (as we were three people, the management was kind enough to arrange for a much bigger room within 20 mins. The bedsheets were also changed as soon as requested and rooms were very cool even without an ac. I would definitely love stay there for a longer time, if i get the chance to visit puri next time

Staff behaviour is very poor and item like bedsheet and towel not provide at room after asking manager said these are not provided how is it possible it is compulsory at hotel
