Poor rooms. Rooms were not cleaner. They didnt even provide a decent water bottle. No parking was available.

2nd person is not allowed after booking it in 2 person occupancy. Staff behavior was very rude. Will not recommend this hotel ever

I went for exam purpose, at hotel came to know wifi not available at entire 1st floor, they later shifted me to ground floor geyser was working good bed cloth though not properly cleaned but was okish, overall experience was ok, but i encountered a problem of lot of noise at ground floor as staff plays tv loudly. Rest stay was ok

Let's start from beginning entry was ok reception staff very prompt and positive and check in was smooth and quick. Room interior average cleanliness so so room service good and prompt food quality and taste very good cleanliness of utensils and cutlery poor. Overall average property with good helpful staff and asking for lot of cleanliness.

Stay was not up to mark.

The hospitality of the staffs are very nice. But the hotel fare is not value for money i. E. They are charging more but providing facilities very less. Also the cleanliness of the room is very poor and unhygienic and also not maintained. For this kind of facilities the fare should be up to rs. 900- instead of rs. 1450. Please look into the matter.

Good in service of hotel

Car parking space is available in front of the hotel. Hotel is neat and clean. Staff behaviour very good. Service is prompt and good. They provided hot water everytime we asked. Breakfast was too good. Although breakfast was a la carte but there is variety of options and their chef is too good. U can have breakfast in the restaurant below. No unnecessary billing during checkout. Tv channels very less, only news channels were there. Room and bathroom were clean and hygienic.

A good experience. Although on the first day the service was not good but the next day it was awesome. One backdrop is there is no proper market nearby the Hotel. Rest about the Hotel rooms and maintenance, everything was quite good

Untidy rooms with lizards- they don't even bother to do something about it.

The Hotel has neat rooms but the maintenance is bad. The bathroom lock got stuck and the hotel guy took 10 minutes to fix it. Service is not prompt. The breakfast was cold and without tea/coffee. The toiletries were average. Bathroom shower didn't work. Had to follow up on each demand. The GM was polite.

Hotel forcefully downgraded our hotel room from premium to lower category after 1 day stay and staff misbehaved with my mother and vocally abused me. We forced to pay full amount at premium rates. Worst hotel stay.

Booking detail shows room with a balcony. Which is not true. Room service awful. Staff not trained. Bathroom amenities missing

Towels was not in the bathroom. Only 3rd reminder successful. Shower was not functioning. Room service was awful. At 6:30 am drilling operation going on in the Hotel, difficult to sleep. Totally unprofessional hotel.

Poor in electricity plucks they were not working properly and less quantity in breakfast meal. But other all facilities are good and well maintained.
