a bit disappointed this is the hotel I have been using for the last 2 years I had asked to clean my room and was not done .I had asked for an extension and was told not to book on line and the reception staff told me to pay . I did not expect this for the hotel I always use

nice room was neat and clean 24 hours of hot water The staff were very help full

The property is located in a calm locality close to Jawahar Nagar circle. As far as room is concerned, I booked a Standard room. For our family of four (2 adult and 2 children), it was little crampy. So, if you are travelling with your family, please choose a bigger room. Pros: Located in peaceful environment without any buzzing noises. Parking is not a constraint. AC and Ventilation was good. Can be Improved: Complimentary breakfast was not upto the standard. No Toiletries were provided. Instead, they kept hand washer and shower gel big bottle as standard which is reused. Some may feel uncomfortable using them. In the room that we were provided, glasses in the bathroom were broken. Responsible persons should ensure such things are attended promptly. Also, please note this property is located in considerable distance (far away) from Sri Meenakshi Amman Temple of Madurai.

Rooms are neat and good Staff members are polite and friendly Good room service Breakfast is ok If it's hot and coveredit will be nice As we are aged people they booked the cab and sent us happily We will stay in your hotel when we come again Thank you

Very disappointed with this hotel.Pathetic front desk staff- very very rude man.We had booked 2 rooms, and other through an other .We had booked from March 28 2025 (12pm) to March 29 2025(12pm).I had made full payment way ahead.I checked in late only by 9pm on March 28 2025 as I was travelling. But when I showed the front desk(night shift guy) guy my booking ,he said,I actually sent them an email yesterday only that I'm cancelling your room because you have paid very less compared to the market price per day per room, I told him we are 3 and my son has to be treated as a child as he is 13 yrs, but he refused.He said he can allow only if the child is 12 yrs.He then began arguing and fighting with my aged father.He said we have to adjust with only 2 single beds and no extra bed will be provided to my son.Not even a pillow.He finally gave us the room keys.The room condition was pathetic, there were stains on the bed sheets in both the rooms.I called the reception and made them change it.He even told me ,since I have paid very less , I will not be provided the complementary breakfast too.After a lot argument, only 2 (out of 5 in 2 rooms booked)got complementary breakfast of 3 idlis (made of sour batter and cold)and chutney n sambhar(there was no other item apart from this) which was way too paltry for a breakfast. I had to order food through swiggy as the breakfast was not enough for us.

nice staff and timely response. breakfast ok, guidance of local area. laundry service. car parking is minimum.

it's reachable from Goripalya with 10 to 15 min morning breakfast amenities and services are all good only

Please don't expect any luxury at this property. Staff is good. If you are travel-ling by own car, please note that this property doesn't have parking

Though inside room is ok, outside appearance is poor Room is too small and rate is expensive.

The price is very high and found cockroches and lizard. No toiletries provided. Very bad for the price
