Good services, courteous staff and tasty food! Excellent food options are available at their first floor restaurant which offers good choices to visiting customers, and they serve nice hot breakfast as well, and hotel is conveniently located , near industrial areas especically for business visitors! It is a peaceful hotel and towels/linens provided is okay, however it could be of a bit better quality! Their Wi-Fi services is slow and that could be an area of immediate improvement for faster internet access ! Overall the stay experience was good.

I had visited pratapgarh for business trip stayed in the hotel celebration for two night. First all off experience is very bad. When i left the hotel for official tour after that hotel employees unlock e my room without my permission. After that i called to landlord he call not picked. After few minute he call me and told that it’s our duty every day room cleaning then i asked that without permission then landlord owner answer is yes that’s why? very bad quality of dinner, very bad quality of breakfast, very bad room service, very bad room quality like ac very slow working, gyeser water not properly hot-able etc. I'll suggest for all of you please avoid future staying in this hotel celebration at pratapgarh

Very bed experience feel at hotel relax inn, banswara. 205 room allotted and not hygiene. Insect, bedbugs, spider, red ent roaming in bathroom, room and bed area. Called to reception and then change my room. Food also not good. Sorry for this feedback but its true.
