not provided proper room service as well as room condition is not good spl washroom is not like a hotel room

Food quality was ok but expensive, ac didn't function well, as it is very hot in noida it was quite disappointing that i paid for ac and ac didn't function well, location is ok

The stay is ok but doesn’t have separate parking so in the morning it’s difficult to find a place. Also no lift to first floor where the reception is there so for old people it’s a problem. The stay was decent not new as per the photos but the staff was good and provided what u ask for.

GST bill was not provided even after request. Have to call regarding the bill. Property was pathetic.

This was not a hotel, it was a lodging stay. No lobby, no kitchen, network not working, cockroaches in the room, no wifi, not working tv, broken old furniture, there is not even key card, electricity gone many times, no electric buttons working, no lights working in bathroom. On the name breakfast they serve only omelette that too bought from thela outside. Hotel even doesn't have it's name on the building.

Pathetic hellhole. Please don't go by ratings. It's a 300 rs railway station type hotel. Horrible and pathetic

Can't explain. Everything is not as per showing in the picture and very stinky, also thy provided me room on the 3rd floor and there is no lift working. Can't stay here. Immediately arrange other room or arrange check me out from this property. I'm traveling on biz trip and having back to back meetings. Urgently arrange

Hotel is same as name.... just premium... no issues at all.. enjoy the stay for 3 days.. .. Also manager is tooo goood... n rooms are neat n clean. . suutable place to stay
