Overall it was nice spacious and clean property For budget hotel it was good return of money . Overall cost effective. They serve good delicious food at reasonable price

Rooms were clean. Good staff and room service. Near to the bus stand and city center. Some scope of improvement in food quality. Overall I had a good experience staying here.

Good Place to stay for couples. Only issue is sliding window is unlocked which makes some doubts regarding safety.

We have booked family room, it was not clean, bathroom was also not clean and was having fungus on toilet, after complaining they changed the room which was little better. But then we changed to better hotel for next day.

Stayed at hotel payal in panchmarhi. It is good with good staff, parking and food. No problem was faced by all of 10 family members.

One of best hotel to stay in punchmari, clean and healthy environment, staff well behave. Easy to access tourist area from the hotel.
