Hotel O Near Anisabad Golambar

Only hotel location is good. Air conditioner was not working as well as they were unable to provide toothpaste as well. Highly dissappointed. Hotel staff was polite and supportive. When i checked in there was painting going on. They gave me room with no proper condition. Was smelly as well

It was situated in very pleasant place, no traffic and noise, felt very peaceful. Service was very good.

Stayed for one day. Hotel price is very cheap and reasonable, room was neat and clean. Ac was working fine.

The room was satisfactory on average. We are visiting in january month. The room is ok for us but the bedsheet looks already used and not cleaned much. The room tv, ac, and giser all are not working.

I stayed here for 1 night to catch the train the next day. They not only gave the ground floor room but their room service was also decent. The room is a bit small for 3 members but i managed for 1 day. Good value for money but if you need more privacy go somewhere else but good for family since it is in a good location

Different name from mm p list, average food, no lift, not cleaned, overall it's an average property.

Extra charge added after payment done. They told you have booked on minimum amount you need to pay extra amount to adjust minimum rate of policy.

Since i did not book the hotel directly but booked, it was clearly evident from the time i entered till i checked out (rather i'll say, i was kicked out since i had to extend my plan and booked, not from them directly. I was declined to extend my stay and had to leave and search for some other hotel since they asked for extra money, and i already had made payment. If you are going to torture the visitors based on their mode of booking. I booked the same room when it was more than three times the rate i booked later. But the humiliating gesture at the reception regarding the amount and the same in the parking area and making you feel bad is something that ends my trust in the hotel.

They refused to give me entry in hotel room. I wasted my time and money to reach the location. It was worst experience ever

No lift. Hotel should pay proper attention to cleaniness.

We will give less rating than zero-totally useless. On reaching the hotel he says that he will not give check in and if given then 800 extra will be charged and then had to pay-he says that the property is mine and not his and he said that the online people are mad

Extremely bad service and they charged me 598 rs extra for check-in, even they don't give any such kind of facilities. I request everyone do not book this hotel

look at this review with almost importance because many hotels are doing the same thing, they are listing their properties in way lower price which attracts customers easily, in my case it was for an AC room so I booked looking on this awesome opportunity but I didn't knew that it is going to be night mare for me. when my parents visited the hotel at 10:30 at night they are asking for RS. 1000 my father and I both argued on that price that I paid which is non refundable but neither the staff nor the manager was convinced they are asking for more money or leave and look for other hotel which was obviously not possible for my old parents as I was not traveling with them. This people took extra money and then only provided them the room, as we are not able to go out for search of other hotels we were frustrated on this, I complaint OYO also but no reply but finally make my trip came into picture, they refunded my Rs and rest I paid to the hotel for stay because I was away and don't have any options. Also they were not providing proper bill also, there name is OYO hotel something but they have the bill without GST number. This was terrible experience for us.

I had prebooked breakfast+lunch/dinner. But they denied and charged me for lunch. I was unavailable for breakfast and lunch still they didn't agree

Room is very clean. Staff behavior is good. Dinner is also nice. Thank you.
