It was terrible experience.The receptionist was not cooperative.He was asking more money

Our check in was denied by the property.The property said that the rooms were already full.iiiiiiiii

Not a pleasant stay. Bed was hard, and the ceiling ad walls were dirty but the worst was the washroom.

A very friendly staff a secure place for solo travelers i really felt safe n would recommend girl solo travelers too

No water

I can understand that in low budget we cannot expect luxury but basic need of humans is not fulfilled here. No water and they have not given any specific time when water is available. When natural calls comes we need to call the reception and wait for a bucket under the pressure. No light in bathroom i stayed for 2 days and i have requested and compliant about it they said they will sent someone but no one came and resolved the issue. I made the booking for 4 days and because of these i left in 2 days.

A little better way can be expected from the reception. Since we miss our bus we book the property around 10PM, and came to stay. We were asked to adjust 3 people in 2 bed although we mentioned and paid for 3. We were made to wait for 30 mins on the context of no hard copy for our proofs, although I was ready to send all docs through mail or WhatsApp or take a printout and submit. Morning I requested if they can allow us to check out little late as our bus is in the evening. But the response is straight forward pay 800 n stay till evening. Overall I had a bad experience.

Neat and clean bedding, finest possible location for conveyance, nice restaurants around, and very affordable food there. Nice gardens for morning walk, lake nearby, really enjoyed staying here.

Bad hotel it was absolutely pathetic. No fans and Ac working. Like a dead room it was. It was not so good so I left the hotel immediately after 2 Hours stay.

They didn't give me the room. I called customer care but didn't get my 2425 rupees gone i took another room now what should i do to get my cash back

Room had leakage stench someone had smoked in the room didn't even bother to check in never going to book room through your app again didn't even bother to ask for refund was so frustrated

I booked my room and went that hotel, he said like there is no room for you and can't a single room also and that money is also non refundable, it's better to book a room directly going to the hotel.
